As your technology enabler, it is our privilege to keep you online and productive while every South African honours the national plan to slow the spread of the Coronavirus.

From the beginning of March, we at Geek Managed Services have been lucky to have kept our good health by practising social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures at the office. Our call-outs were handled remotely where possible, and we undertook extra precautions when working with clients in-person.

For the duration of the national lockdown, our team is fully equipped to work from home and to complete all requests that can be actioned remotely.

Geek HQ

Whilst our offices will be closed for the duration of the Lockdown, we will be contactable on our normal office line which is routed to our team's phones.


  • Telephonic: When you call us on 08 6000 4335 or 031 566 8080, our call system will route you to the next available person. If our lines are busy, this process might take up to a minute.

  • App: Our mobile app remains the quickest way to interact with us. Simply send us a message in the ‘Contact Us’ conversation and we’ll talk to you directly.

During lockdown, installation teams will not be available for new Fibre or ADSL connections, and new mobile internet solutions like LTE seem to also be impacted.
